常見塑料膠條模具失效形式有哪些呢?

塑料膠條模具是塑料加工成型的模具，是由45鋼、P20、718等塑料模具鋼制備的。分析塑料模具的失效，可以更好地指導模具鋼的研發。塑料模具的失效形式有：

一、塑料膠條模具型腔表面的磨損和腐蝕
1、塑料熔體以一定的壓力在模腔內流動，凝固的塑件從模具中脫出，會對模具成型表面造成摩擦，引起磨損。
2、塑料中增強樹脂填料，會對模具型腔表面產生沖刷、磨損和腐蝕。
3、同時塑料加工中含氯、氟等成分受熱分解出腐蝕氣體HCL、HF。
這些的交叉作用，會使型腔表面的鍍層或防護層遭到破壞，產生磨損和腐蝕。

二、塑性變形失效
1、塑料膠條模具模型腔表面受壓、受熱可引起塑性變形失效，特別是當小模具在大噸位設備上工作時，更容易產生超負荷塑性變形。
2、塑料模具的采用的材料的材料強度和韌性不足，變形抗力低。
3、塑料模具型腔表面的硬化層過薄，變形抗力不足或工作溫度高于回火溫度發生相變軟化。
這些會導致模具表面產生凹陷、皺紋、麻點、棱角堆塌等損壞。

三、塑料膠條模具的斷裂
1、塑料模具的形狀復雜存在許多棱角、薄壁等部位，這些部位局部應力集中會產生斷裂現象。
2、由溫差產生的結構應力、熱應力或因回火不足，使用溫度下，殘余奧氏體轉變成馬氏體，引起局部體積膨脹，在模具內部產生組織應力所致。
