什么是多腔擠出異型材有何優勢呢

多腔擠出異型材也就是塑鋼型材。塑鋼型材是指用于制作門窗用的PVC型材，因為單純用PVC型材加工的門窗強度不夠，通常在型腔內添加鋼材以增強門窗的牢固性，因此型材內部添加鋼材制作的塑料門窗通常被稱為塑鋼門窗。隨著塑鋼門窗的廣泛使用，用于制作塑鋼門窗的PVC型材習慣上被稱作塑鋼型材。

多腔擠出異型材之所以能大面積的推廣適用，并逐步取代木制和鋁門窗，和它的獨特優勢是分不開的。塑鋼門窗較之鋁和木制門窗有以下優勢：

1、價格便宜，塑料的價格遠低于具有同等強度和壽命的鋁，由于金屬價格的大幅上升這一優點愈發明顯。
2、色彩豐富：彩色塑鋼型材的適用給建筑增添的不少姿色。
3.經久耐用：在型材型腔內加入增強型鋼，使型材的強度得到很大提高，具有抗震，耐風蝕效果。另外型材的多腔結構，獨立排水腔、使水無法進入增強型鋼腔，避免型鋼腐蝕，門窗的使用壽命得到提高。
4.保溫性能好：塑鋼型材本身導熱性能遠不及鋁型材，另外多腔結構的設計更是達到了隔熱的效果。
5.隔音性能好:安裝中空玻璃密封良好的塑鋼門窗具有卓越的隔音性能. 隔音已經成為選擇門窗的主要條件,特別是在鬧市區的住宅。塑鋼門窗組裝采用焊接工藝,加上封閉的多腔結構,對噪音的屏閉作用十分明顯。
