據海關統計，2021年9月我國聚乙烯當月進口量在120.43萬噸，環比減少8.12%，同比減少33.78%。其中LDPE（稅則號39011000）進口約25.14萬噸，環比減少6.19%，同比減少23.89%；HDPE（稅則號39012000）進口約56.78萬噸，環比增減少5.08%，同比減少39.49%；LLDPE（稅則號39014020）進口約38.51萬噸，環比減少13.36%，同比減少29.98%。1-9月累計進口量為1126.18萬噸，同比減少33.78%。導致9月份中國聚乙烯進口量同、環比雙雙回落的主要原因：1、歐美等地持續高價格的影響，中東貨源更多的被吸引；2、中國市場（7、8月份）正處于需求淡季，聚乙烯價格處低位，對中東及東南亞地區貨源吸引有限，內外盤持續倒掛影響下，外商主動遞盤量難有放量

2021年9聚乙烯貿易方式方面，一般貿易領域占比84.36%，環比減少6.5%，進口數量約101.59萬噸。進料加工貿易占比9.06%，環比減少11.0%，進口數量約10.91萬噸。海關特殊監管區域物流貨物占比約5.03%，環比減少21.4%，進口數量約6.06萬噸。

出口方面，統計數據顯示，2021年9月PE出口量約4.65萬噸，環比減少9.53%，同比增加128.81%。具體分到產品，LDPE出口約1.38萬噸，環比減少6.12%，同比增加86.49%；HDPE出口約2.49萬噸，環比減少7.09%，同比增加173.63%；LLDPE出口約0.78萬噸，環比減少21.21%，同比增加212.00%。海運費一再刷新新高，阻礙了國內貿易商的出口步伐，加之9月下旬國內市場價格快速上漲，海外漲勢滯后，導致出口利潤急劇壓縮，9月整體出口量窄幅下滑。

由于內外盤倒掛以及海運費價格高昂問題，10月份進口量將會繼續縮減。出口方面，10月份依舊是國內需求旺季，國內依存度較高，加上前期國內市場在期貨大幅上漲的帶動下，強勢上漲，國內生產商紛紛上調出廠價格，出口成本增加，出口利潤受到大幅度擠壓，出口套利機會減少。預計10月中國聚乙烯出口難見明顯增量。
