塑膠異型材中的尺寸變化原因

從塑膠異型材制品的視角來看，引起尺寸變化的原因如下：

1.型腔內壓力分布的改變會引起尺寸變化；

2.對于結晶型塑料，由于冷卻速率變化導致結晶度變化會引起尺寸變化；

3.產品后處理、環境溫度、濕度的改變也會引起尺寸變化。

下面就型腔內壓力分布的改變，引起尺寸變化的情況進行分析討論。尺寸變化不同的表現，形成缺陷的原因會有所不同。

一、缺陷現象：整體產品尺寸太??；原因分析：型腔內的塑料壓力太低。解決思路：增加補縮壓力，達到合格產品所需要的型腔壓力。

二、缺陷現象：整體產品尺寸太大；原因分析：型腔內的塑料壓力太高。解決思路：減小補縮壓力，達到合格產品所需要的型腔壓力。

三、缺陷現象：制品澆口附近尺寸太小，其他位置尺寸正常；原因分析：澆口附近壓力太低。主要是因為澆口沒有凍結、塑料回流所致。

解決思路：增加保壓時間，或者根據導致澆口沒有凍結的其他原因（如塑料或模具溫度升高所致澆口沒有凍結），有針對性地調整工藝。

四、缺陷現象：制品澆口附近尺寸太大，其他位置尺寸正常；原因分析：澆口附近壓力太高。

解決思路：如果采用三階段成型工藝，改變補縮速率可以解決。檢查有效黏度（填充階段的注射壓力積分），測量塑料溫度，并調整。如果采用兩階段成型工藝，改變填充速率、補縮速率和壓力，可以解決。

五、缺陷現象：制品尺寸來回波動，不穩定。

原因分析：這是型腔壓力波動引起的。觀察型腔壓力曲線的波動情況。如果每一模次的型腔壓力分布是變化的，檢察是否隨時間有變化趨勢。如果有變化趨勢，說明溫度變化或材料批次變化；反之，如果是一模一模不同，說明補縮過程有變化導致澆口凍結變化，有些澆口凍結了，有些澆口沒凍結；還可能由于止逆環泄漏等導致壓力變化。

解決思路：做澆口凍結試驗和動態止逆環泄漏試驗，確定原因，有針對性解決問題。
