PVC改性介紹：聚氯乙烯PVC是一種經濟和通用的熱塑性聚合物，廣泛用于建筑和建筑行業、生產門窗型材、管道、電線電纜絕緣、醫療設備等。它是和聚乙烯和聚丙烯并稱世界三大熱塑性材料。由于自身的加工PVC型材成型性能差，如熔體粘度大，流動性不好，熱穩定性不好，容易熱分解，耐老化性差，易變脆、變硬、龜裂，韌性不好，耐寒性不好，所以一般都需要進行PVC改性，以彌補上述缺點。

物理改性：物理改性是通過添加各種助劑或是進行填充、共混、增強來改善其性能。

1.例如添加ACR來改善PVC物料的成型加工性能；添加內外潤滑劑或聚乙烯蠟來改善物料的粘度、流動性等；添加熱穩定劑，提高物料在成型加工時的熱穩定性，降低其分解溫度；添加抗氧劑、抗紫外線劑提高PVC型材制品的耐老化壽命；添加增塑劑提高物料的塑化性能，增加制品的柔軟度等。填充改性是通過加入無機或有機填充劑以改善某些性能。

2.如加入木粉填料，降低PVC制品的比重，接近木材；加入金屬粉末，如銅粉、鋁粉提高制品的導電能力；加入鐵淦氧磁粉，提高制品的磁性能；加入碳化鈣提高制品硬度，同時降低材料成本；加入赤泥，改善制品的耐熱、耐光老化性能，同時降低材料成本等。

3.例如能和PVC共混改性的其他高聚物有丙烯晴—丁二烯—苯乙烯共聚物（ABS），甲基丙烯酸甲酯—丁二烯—苯乙烯共聚物（MBS），聚丙烯酸酯，氯化聚乙烯（CPE），乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物（EVA），丁晴橡膠，乙丙橡膠，氯化聚氯乙烯（CPVC），馬來酸雙辛酯等。

4.除此之外，還可用增強改性、交聯改性、發泡改性、輻射改性等PVC改性方法來改善PVC的性能。例如用縱橫比大的云母粉進行增強；用過氧化二異丙苯（DCP）進行交聯改性，提高強度；用偶氮二甲酰胺發泡劑來降低PVC制品的比重，用鈷射線進行照射，提高強度等。
