塑膠異型材有哪些特有標識?

不同的塑膠異型材制品都是屬于自己的標識——哪么我們今天來了解下塑膠異型材獨有標識分別是哪些呢？

“1”代表該物品的制作材料為PET，也就是聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。礦泉水瓶、飲料瓶就是用PET制成的。這種材料不耐高溫，只適合裝暖飲或冷飲，裝高溫液體或加熱則易變形，會溶出對人體有害的物質?？茖W研究發現，這種塑料制品使用超過10個月，可能會釋放出致癌物。因此，不要反復使用PET材質的容器，也不要用其裝熱的液體，以免引發健康問題。

“2”代表制作材料是HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)。裝清潔產品、沐浴產品、食用油等的容器，以及常見的白色藥瓶多由HDPE制成。HDPE制成的容器大多不透明，手感似蠟，具有良好的耐磨性和耐腐蝕性，使用壽命較長。

“3”代表制作材料是PVC(聚氯乙烯)。PVC多用來制造水管、雨衣、塑料盒等物品。PVC制品牢固耐用，但由于其在制造過程中添加了增塑劑、抗老化劑等，高溫時容易產生有毒物質，進入人體后可能引起癌癥、新生兒先天缺陷等疾病。因此一般不用PVC制品來盛放、包裝食品。

“4”代表制作材料是LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)。保鮮膜、塑料膜等都是用LDPE制成的。大部分保鮮膜在溫度超過110℃時會出現熱熔現象，同時釋出一些對人體有害的物質。因此，用微波爐加熱食物，要先取下包裹著的保鮮膜。

“5”代表制作材料是PP(聚丙烯)。微波爐餐盒就是采用PP制成，可耐120℃左右高溫。需要特別注意的是，一些微波爐餐盒，盒體用5號PP制成，但盒蓋卻用6號PS(聚苯乙烯)制成，PS透明度雖好，卻不耐高溫。為保險起見，餐盒放入微波爐前，應先把蓋子取下。

“6”代表制作材料是PS(聚苯乙烯)。PS常用于制造碗狀方便面盒，以及一次性泡沫餐盒等。溫度過高時，PS會釋放出有害物質，因此，不要把碗狀方便面盒或泡沫餐盒放進微波爐中加熱，也盡量不要用它們來裝滾燙的食物，同時也不能盛放強酸性或強堿性的物質。

“7”代表其他。其中常見類是PC(聚碳酸酯)，多用于制造水壺、水杯、奶瓶等。PC的制作過程中添加了雙酚A，歐盟認為雙酚A在加熱時能析出到食物和飲料中，可能會擾亂人體代謝過程，對嬰兒發育、免疫力有影響，甚至致癌。國內大部分超市已將PC標識的奶瓶下架，目前銷售的奶瓶多數是標識為PP或“5”的材質。除此之外，還有一種PPSU奶瓶，PPSU全稱是聚亞苯基砜樹脂，它不含雙酚A，耐高溫達207℃，是目前制作奶瓶*安全的材料。
