PVC塑膠型材制品冷頂擠出加工生產過程就是從機頭模具出料后直接進入水槽浸水或噴水冷卻，使PVC物料從模具出口迅速降溫冷卻，達到冷卻定型的效果，使用PVC冷頂硬頂擠出法加工的產品外表較亮，光澤度好。PVC熱拉擠出是PVC料從機頭內出來經過定型模冷卻定型或軟PVC直接進水冷卻定型。
