塑膠異型材出現氣泡的解決措施？

氣泡常常發生在塑膠異型材制品最后接縫處或制品較厚的部分。制品在模型內首先是表面冷卻，當外表面已冷卻，中心部分仍處于熱的狀態。中心部分冷卻時要收縮，而塑料表面已經冷卻，因此只能由內部自己收縮而形成氣泡。有許多厚的制件在出模時還沒有氣泡，但是經過數十秒鐘后，在中心部分就有氣泡出現。

塑膠異型材出現氣泡問題是有那些原因引起的呢，下面來看看

一：較厚的制品，表面發胖而鼓起，鋸開斷面處有氣泡，其原因可能是：

1)注射速度太快，包住空氣，無法排除，形成氣泡。

2)加料量過多或過少，注射壓力太高，也會產生這種現象，如適當調整加料量就會改善這種現象。

3)冷卻時間太短(特別是厚壁制品)，解決辦法可以在機器外用冷水及冷壓模進行冷卻。

4)制品中有分解黑線現象，這是由于溫度過高而形成的。如果情況不嚴重，可以適當降低溫度，如果整個機筒分解，則必須拆車清理。

5)模具的進澆口太小與排氣不良，也會產生這種現象。

二：實心制品有空洞，并有發黑現象。實心制品成型時，注射壓力要低，注射速度要慢，否則，空氣在高壓下經過摩擦燒焦被包住在制品中，使制品當中有黑的空嗣。因此適當降低注射壓力及注射速度，空洞現象就會消失。還可以檢查一下加料量是否過多，適當減少一些加料量對改善這種現象也是有利的。

三：塑膠異型材制品厚度不同時，在制品較厚部分有小氣泡，或在制品特厚處有黑色大泡包在里面。同時成型幾個形狀不同的制品時，必須注意各個澆口的大小要與制品重量相當，否則，厚的制品容易產生氣泡。同時還要注意模具的排氣，經常留在前模上的制品使排氣比較困難，就容易產生上述現象?？梢酝ㄟ^修改模具或增加保壓時間及冷卻時間，萊妊補厚斷面壓力不足，從而改善這種現象。更主要的是在設計制品時，應盡量避免制品有特厚部分。
