填料在異型材生產中必不可少，它能降低成本，而且還能提高塑料型材的某些性能，如型材的加熱后尺寸變化率降低和剛性提高等?；钚蕴妓徕}是型材生產中較為常用的一種填料，它的用量多或少將會影響到型材的表面光亮度。

2、PE蠟的用量對擠出異型材表面光亮度的影響

PE蠟是一種較為常見的外潤滑劑。加工過程中，在壓力作用下，很容易從混合物料中擠出，移析到表面，PE分子取向排列，極性基團向著金屬表面，通過物理吸附和化學鍵，形成一個潤滑劑分子層，因此，它可以減少聚合物和設備表面的摩擦力，提高型材表面光亮度。所以合理的潤滑劑用量是保證型材性能和表面光亮度的關鍵。

3、ACR的用量對擠出異型材表面光亮度的影響

ACR 做為一種加工助劑可改善硬質PVC 的成型加工性能。它的加入可提高樹脂與機械之間的摩擦系數，使硬質PVC 由滑壁體轉變為粘壁體，增加剪切應力，物料得到良好塑化。因此，適當的ACR的用量，使其與其他助劑相互良好配合，會大大改善型材表面及內在性能。從而才會有良好的表面光亮度。

4、模具表面質量對擠出異型材表面光亮度的影響

模具是型材擠出生產中的核心設備之一，模具表面質量的好壞直接影響到型材表面光亮度，尤其是定型模的表面質量。因為熱的型坯進入定型摸后，通過真空吸附和冷卻定型為制品。由于真空吸附的作用，在定型模內，型坯表面貼著定型模表面移動。若定型模表面拋光質量不好，勢必引起型材表面質量的下降。另外，定型模在使用過程中，因保養不當或物料腐蝕，也會引起光潔度下降，這也勢必影響型材表面質量。所以，模具表面質量的好壞是影響型材表面光亮度的一個重要因素。
