PVC板成型特點：

1.無定形料，吸濕小，流動性差，為了進步流動性，避免發作氣泡，塑料可預先枯燥，模具澆注體系宜粗短，澆口截面宜大，不得有死角，模具須冷卻，外表鍍鉻；

2.很容易分化，在200度溫度下與鋼，銅觸摸更易分化，分化時逸出腐蝕，刺激性氣體，成型溫度規模??；
