塑膠異型材阻燃效果是原理有哪些？

大多數塑料制品具可燃性。隨著塑料在建筑、家具、交通、航空、航天、電器等方面的廣泛應用，提高塑膠異型材的阻燃性已成為十分迫切的課題。在較多的場合，要求材料有阻燃性，比較常用的場合是電子電器，汽車行業也有阻燃要求，但一般較低。阻燃可以通過加入阻燃劑來實現。

阻燃劑：具有抑煙作用的鉬化合物、錫化合物和鐵化合物等亦屬阻燃劑的范疇，主要適用于有阻燃需求的塑料，延遲或防止塑料尤其是高分子類塑料的燃燒。使其點燃時間增長，點燃自熄，難以點燃。

阻燃原理

1)吸熱作用：任何燃燒在較短的時間所放出的熱量是有限的，如果能在較短的時間吸收火源所放出的一部分熱量，那么火焰溫度就會降低，輻射到燃燒表面和作用于將已經氣化的可燃分子裂解成自由基的熱量就會減少，燃燒反應就會得到一定程度的抑制。

2)覆蓋作用：在可燃材料中加入阻燃劑后，阻燃劑在高溫下能形成玻璃狀或穩定泡沫覆蓋層，隔絕氧氣，具有隔熱、隔氧、阻止可燃氣體向外逸出的作用，塑膠異型材從而達到阻燃目的。

如有機阻磷類阻燃劑受熱時能產生結構更趨穩定的交聯狀固體物質或碳化層。碳化層的形成一方面能阻止聚合物進一步熱解，另一方面能阻止其內部的熱分解產生物進入氣相參與燃燒過程。

3)抑制鏈反應：根據燃燒的鏈反應理論，維持燃燒所需的是自由基。阻燃劑可作用于氣相燃燒區，捕捉燃燒反應中的自由基，從而阻止火焰的傳播，使燃燒區的火焰密度下降，最終使燃燒反應速度下降直至終止。

4)不燃氣體窒息作用：阻燃劑受熱時分解出不燃氣體，將可燃物分解出來的可燃氣體的濃度沖淡到燃燒下限以下。同時也對燃燒區內的氧濃度具有稀釋的作用，阻止燃燒的繼續進行，達到阻燃的作用。

塑膠異型材阻燃等級：可燃性UL94等級——是應用最廣泛的塑料材料可燃性能標準。它用來評價材料在被點燃后熄滅的能力。根據燃燒速度、燃燒時間、抗滴能力以及滴珠是否燃燒可有多種評判方法。塑料阻燃等級：由HB，V-2，V-1，V-0，5VB向5VA逐級遞增。HB：UL94標準中最低的阻燃等級。
