7、8月份迎來了最熱的三伏天，高溫天氣各地區也開始了限電政策。

7月份以來，國內PVC新增檢修企業不多，而部分前期檢修企業恢復，另有部分裝置開工負荷提升，整體開工率有所提升。截止7日PVCPVC塑料型材企業產能利用率環比增加5.29%在73.44%，同比減少4.93%。三季度仍有部分企業有檢修計劃，伴隨著限電政策等，中后期企業供應量將縮減。

目前PVC行業庫存呈現緩慢去庫狀態，截止7日PVC社會庫存環比上周下降0.42%，但是同比去年增加18.43%，庫存繼續維持高位。國內市場供應穩增，需求偏弱，預計行業庫存累庫壓力繼續增加，市場高庫存狀態持續。

每年7-8月份為傳統季節性需求淡季，下游PVC塑料型材制品企業對原料采購相對偏弱。由于前期PVC市場價格一直處于下行趨勢，且企業及貿易商去庫節奏緩慢，下游工廠訂單不佳疊加部分制品庫存累積，整體對原料采購意向不足，基本維持低價剛需采購，對高價貨源抵觸。當前下游制品企業整體開工趨弱，部分型材企業存降負措施，多數維持穩定以自身訂單情況作為開工參考?？傮w來看，后期市場將面臨高位、雨季等因素，下游需求訂單仍將維持弱勢。

綜合來看，限電政策短期或會給供應端解決“燃眉之急”，但行業庫存高位，加之下游需求疲弱，市場供需矛盾問題仍較突出。宏觀面雖有政策加持，但難抵基本面的頹勢，短期PVC塑料型材原料市場仍將維持區間震蕩走勢運行。
