如何改進塑膠異型材的柔性？

塑料的柔性及其柔軟性是指塑膠異型材制品在外力作用下彎曲，扭轉等時表現出的形變的難易程度，塑料制品越容易變形，其柔性越好。從直觀上講，塑料的柔性是指塑料制品的柔軟程度，即塑料制品越軟，其柔性越好。在高分子物理學中，對柔性的定義為高分子鏈能夠改變其均象的性質。一種塑料的柔性大小取決于其聚合物的分子鏈結構。

塑膠異型材柔性的改善方法有：既添加增塑劑，共混柔性樹脂及發泡柔性改性。

1.添加增塑劑：增塑劑是指可提高聚合物塑性的一類物質，它主要用于PVC樹脂，在PVC中的用量可占整個增塑劑用量的98%以上。除PVC外，增塑劑還用于PVDC、CPE、SBS、聚乙酸乙烯酯、硝酸纖維素、PA、ABS及PVA等聚合物中。

2.增塑劑的主要作用如下：

A.降低聚合物熔融溫度及熔體粘度，從而降低其成型加工溫度。

B.使聚合物制品具有柔軟性、彈性及耐低溫性能。

3.增塑劑的具體作用機理如下： A.體積效應 B.屏蔽效應

柔性樹脂包括三類：（1）聚烯烴類，（2）彈性體類：熱塑性彈性體及橡膠彈性體，（3）有機硅類
