PP塑料型材不同類別的分類

PP塑料型材是所有塑料范圍中個別用量最大宗的一類別，也是應用范圍最廣的一類，可以基材不同做分類，在分類內仍可以不同的熔融流率定規格，甚至可依個別商品需要添加額外添加劑再區定出用途規范，例如：單聚合物中，MFR：12 左右可用于一般射出成品，也可生產復絲纖維，更可特意制造寬廣分子量分布去改善纖維織布的后段加工性;同時也可添加滑劑及抗相黏劑以增加開口性方便塑料袋成品的要求。

1.一般級(HOMOPOLYMER) 單聚合物，大陸稱為均聚，系純丙烯聚合而成的原料。

2.耐沖擊級(IMPACT COPOLYMER) 系單聚合物添加乙烯丙烯橡膠，沖擊強度高低主要看橡膠含量高低，耐寒程度好壞主要看乙烯含量高低。各原料廠商制程不同，最高乙烯含量也不同。

3.透明級(RANDOM COPOLYMER) 隨機共聚合物，系丙烯添加乙烯共聚合，乙烯不規則散布在聚合物中，主要減少聚合物的結晶度進而改善透明性。

4.高結晶級(HIGH ISOTACTICITY OR HIGH CRYSTALLINITY) 減少PP聚合物中錯位結構的含量，相對就提高規則性結構含量，也就提高結晶度。主要改善原料的剛性、熱變性溫度、表面硬度、抗刮性及光澤性。當然再添加增核劑也會有助于上述物性的增進

5.熱封級(TERPOLYMER) 是隨機共聚合物的延伸，一般丙烯含乙烯(非EPR)含量最高在3.5%，但也有制程可添加至5%，乙烯含量越高產品越柔軟，熱變型溫度、軟化點、熱封溫度越低，有時為了要增加乙烯含量要藉助丁二烯或其它第三成份成為三共聚合物以達上述物性要求。

6.合金級(ALLOY) 不同的塑料原料高比例的混合皆可謂合金級，例如PP添加LDPE可改善柔軟性及沖擊強度，在加工上也可減少頸縮及增加平整性，在成型也可減低墜料現象。PP加EPR加HDPE可維系剛性，減少高EPR含量造成的白化現象，改善沖擊強度。

7.復合材料(COMPOUNDING) 不同材料混合謂之復合材料，譬如添加玻璃纖維、各類無機物礦粉、有機物木粉、紙屑或谷物微片，在PP材料內以改善各種物性。礦粉又包括：滑石粉、碳酸鈣、硫酸鋇、云母、碳黑、碳纖維及溴化物等。

8.橡膠(RUBBER) 橡膠，TPR(熱可塑性橡膠)與TPE(熱可塑性彈性體)，有時很難界分，而各種界定說法都有，大部份的橡膠都可與PP相混合，除EPR系列外，也很難界定混合是定位在合金或復合材料項內。一般常與PP混合的橡膠有EPR及EPDM，適合與PP直接混料的產牌有CATALLOY、PLASTOMER、ENGAGE、TAFMER、KRATON及 SANTOPLENE等。
9.特殊規格(SPECIALS) 未含蓋在前項類的都可歸入此類，例如：高熔融強度原料(HMS、HIGH MELT STRENGTH)可用在發泡材內改善表面氣密性提高發泡效果，也可減少板材成型的墜料現象。
