聚合物結晶對塑膠型材造成什么影響？

聚合物的超分子結構對生產擠塑條件及塑膠型材制品性能的影響非常明顯。聚合物按其超分子結構可分為結晶型和非結晶型，結晶型聚合物的分子鏈呈有規則的排列，而非結晶態聚合物的分子鏈呈不規則的無定型的排列。不同形態表現出不同的工藝性質。

聚合物結晶度對塑膠型材制品性能會有哪些影響呢？

1、密度結晶度高說明多數分子鏈已排列成有序而緊密的結構，分子間作用力強，所以密度隨結晶度提高而加大，如70% 結晶度的PP，其密度為0.896 KG/M3，當結晶度增至95% 時則密度增至0.903 KG/M3。

2、拉伸強度結晶度高，拉伸強度高。如結晶度70% 的聚丙烯其拉伸強度為27.5MPA，當結晶度增至95% 時，則拉伸強度可提高到42 MPA。

3、沖擊強度沖擊強度隨結晶度提高而減小，如70% 結晶度的聚丙烯，其缺口沖擊強度15.2 KGF.CM/CM，當結晶度95%時，沖擊強度減小到4.86 KGF.CM/CM。

4、熱性能結晶度增加有助于提高軟化溫度和熱變形溫度。如結晶度為70%的聚丙烯，載荷下的熱變形溫度為125℃，而結晶度95% 時則為151℃。剛度是注塑制品脫模條件之一，較高的結晶度會減少制品在模內的冷卻周期。結晶度會給低溫帶來脆弱性，如結晶度分別為55%，85%，95%的等規聚丙烯其脆化溫度分別為0℃，10℃，20℃。

5、翹曲結晶度提高會使體積減小，收縮加大，結晶型材料比非結晶型材料更易翹曲，這是因為制品在模內冷卻時，由于溫度上的差異引起結晶度的差異，使密度不均，收縮不等，導致產生較高的內應力而引起翹曲，并使耐應力龜裂能力降低。

6、光澤度結晶度提高會增加制品的致密性。使塑膠型材制品表面光澤度提高，但由于球晶的存在會引起光波的散射，而使透明度降低。
