PEEK塑料型材具有良好的物理、化學性能，伴隨著PEEK行業技術的進步，產能的擴大，PEEK產品的應用也逐漸向更多的應用領域在滲透。PEEK產品已經被廣泛應用于航空航天、汽車工業、電子電氣和醫療機械等領域。

PEEK塑料型材加工方式： PEEK屬于熱塑性材料高溫特種工程塑料，可以通過注塑成型。PEEK制品一般注塑尺寸精度可以達到0.1MM左右，精密注塑根據產品不同的壁厚、不同的結構，尺寸精度可以控制在0.015MM左右。

PEEK高溫下的熔體流動性較差，且熔融溫度需要維持在385度左右。要求注塑機料筒加熱段能持續穩定的提供350度以上的加熱溫度。PEEK熔融狀態下的粘度較大，注塑時需要壓力更高，對螺桿的磨損更大，需要注塑機臺能提供更大的注塑壓力。

PEEK最早是在軍工、航空航天方面應用，還有醫療行業等對材料有著高耐溫、高精度、耐油耐磨等極端性能要求的高精尖行業。而隨著PEEK應用的拓展，我們的身邊也可以看到這種材料，比如PEEK在IPHONE上的應用，以及在電子煙上的應用。
