塑膠異型材模具的使用也非常普遍,如果在使用時,選擇時沒有注意到質量的優劣,會嚴重影響到擠出模具的正常使用,為了讓模具得到良好的使用,下面提供出有關判斷擠出模具質量好壞的具體方式。

一,看看這個塑膠異型材模具的厚度,雖然說模具并不需要太過大力的使用或是其他的惡劣環境,但是因為多次的倒模脫模,模具是十分容易損耗、變形、毀壞的,而要解決這一問題的根本做法就是加厚模具的厚度,所以看厚度就可以明顯地分辨出模具的檔次。

三,查看整個塑膠異型材模具的材質與做工,好的模具應該是內外兩面都十分光滑,看起來富有光澤,而且手感微潤沉手的,劣質的模具可能表面會有毛刺或是坑坑洼洼,兩者一比就是高下立現。
