我國是家用電器生產和消費大國，塑料是家電產品的重要組成部分。在家電中，PE、PP、PA、 ABS、PVC、AS、PC、POM、MPPO、PET、PBT、PSF等幾種塑料的應用較為常見，回收再利用價值較大。

下面說說生活中常用的家用電器中的哪些塑料型材件是可以回收利用的。

冰箱：目前在家電產品中，冰箱對塑料原材料的需求最大，平均每臺冰箱塑料型材件占比高達30~50%甚至更大，其中PS、聚氨酯、ABS和PP在冰箱中占有重要比重。

洗衣機：洗衣機也是使用塑料件較多的家用電器之一，主要包括內筒、底座、波輪等，一臺雙缸洗衣機使用塑料約7-12千克，全自動洗衣機可達20千克，占洗衣機總重量的30%左右。其中，使用的最多的是通用塑料PP，工程塑料用的較多的是POM、PA和ABS。

空調：空調一般分為室內機和室外機兩部分。室內機所用塑料占到總重量的30%以上，其中使用最廣泛的是ABS和HIPS?？諝膺^濾器是由PP纖維在PP支架上圍織，排水管用軟質PVC擠出。室外機殼體已經逐漸采用塑料代替鋼板，其中進氣窗和控制板采用HIPS制備，貫流風機部件采用玻纖增強ABS，室外機殼體目前采用耐候PP制備。

電視機：電視機用塑料主要有：ABS、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、改性聚苯醚、聚碳酸酯、PET、PBT，主要用于電視機殼體、旋鈕、分度盤、鏡片、線圈骨架、變壓器控制軸、繞線管、絕緣套管等。電視機殼體采用阻燃級ABS或HIPS，ABS居多，我國也有采用改性聚苯醚，但價格較高。

筆記本電腦：由于筆記本的外殼起到散熱以及保護機器內部零器件的作用，相比于其他傳統家電對于材料的要求更加苛刻。主流筆記本外殼材質包括以下幾類：ABS工程塑料、改性PC、鎂鋁合金、鈦合金、碳纖維

其中ABS和PC由于成本低、維護方便，是目前筆記本外殼應用最廣泛的塑料。除了計算機外殼，鍵盤的材質也是玩家最看重的，除了常用的ABS，還有PBT、POM。

但是由于ABS工程塑料質量重、導熱性能欠佳，PC較脆，在高端產品中逐漸被碳纖維材料所取代。碳纖維筆記本外殼,相比傳統筆記本外殼,厚度可減50%—60%,重量減輕10%-50%而且擁有良好的耐酸堿性和耐腐蝕性。不僅兼輕薄耐磨,還使使用壽命大大提高。

碳纖維的性能表現卓越，隨著它在越來越多領域的應用，它的回收問題也提上日程，全球許多公司已經開發出了成本效益高的碳纖維回收方案，以及現在可以用于復合材料工業的一些列初始產品。

行業發展態勢，要求電子電器企業關注塑料部件的易循環設計，做到易拆解、易分揀、易分選。要求拆解企業合理規劃工藝流程，拆解后的塑料部件分類處理。要求分選再生企業高效清洗、分選，保證再生塑料顆粒的純凈度，易回用于電子電器塑料部件的加工。
