1、反復使用。反復使用時，產品在不斷的高溫作用下，產品的分子就會發生裂變。分子鏈就會發生斷裂、裂解。由高分子物質變成低分子物質，材料變脆。

2、應力過大，分為兩種。首先，產品本身形狀以及模具本身設計的尺寸及脫模所產生的應力。其次，外界所給于產品的應力。應力過大，分子就會斷裂。

3、環境因素。酸堿性環境、強紫外線，高低溫的影響，所以在使用的過程中特別是要注意環境的影響。

PC塑料燈罩開裂的解決方法：

1、反復使用是最常見的問題。很多老板為了節約成本，使用回收料、廢料，以次充好、坑蒙客戶、擾亂市場，但是產品發生問題時，最終損害的還是自己。只有提高自身產品檔次才是出路，即使用全新料，也有錢賺。

2、應力過大是設計和使用問題。應該將產品的物性參數告訴注塑廠，擠出廠家、客戶，以便他們的設計模具、注塑產品、擠出型材，使用PC燈罩時能遵循，從而降低了應力過大的風險。
