PVC型材生產線為什么回避使用過濾網呢？

PVC型材生產線當更換阻塞的過濾網時，壓力會突然下降，熔融物料的溫度也可能會下降，從而造成產品的尺寸發生變化。

為了保持產品的同一尺寸，可以調整擠出機的螺桿轉速，也可以調整擠出機的線性速度。在擠出圓形產品時，這些變化可能不會導致嚴重的問題，但在擠出扁平或者外形不規則的產品時，熔融物料溫度的變化可能會影響產品的外形尺寸。

比如，在一個扁平模具里，較冷的熔融物料可能使片材偏薄，而使周邊偏厚。這種情在過濾網變換器后面，配備一個能夠保證熔融物料穩定地進入模具的齒輪泵，可以防止上述問題的發生。但是，熔融物料在過濾網更換后所發生的溫度變化仍然需要通過對模具的調整來解決。同時，由于齒輪泵容易被堅硬的雜質損壞，因此，齒輪泵也需要精細的過濾網的保護。

有些PVC型材生產線廠家不愿使用過濾網的原因是，過濾網會使PVC熔融物料溫度升高而易發生降解，這樣就需要熱穩定性更好的物料，從而增加了材料的成本。若使用PVC專用的過濾網變換器，也會增加成本。

所以大多數PVC型材生產線廠家要么回避使用過濾網，要么使用不帶變換器的粗過濾裝置，只過濾較大顆粒的雜質。
